The 501st Legion Of Stormtroopers The 501st Legion of Imperial Stormtroopers is a Star Wars fan club celebrating the movies using costumes and props, particularly those of the Imperial characters and the other villains of the Star Wars saga. The Legion's members construct their own movie-quality costumes and props and wear them to charity and community events, parades, science fiction conventions and to other occasions where their portrayal of the characters might add fun, assist fund-raising, or thrill the children and other spectators present.

The 501st Legion is the world's premier Star Wars costuming group.No matter where you live, chances are that the 501st presence can be felt. Spanning all 50 U.S. States, and over 21 countries worldwide, we are quickly dominating the planet.

Garrison Tyranus is the group of 501st members located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Garrison Tyranus volunteers are available to assist local non-profit charity groups and community organization with events and fund-raising drives.
