The SheVaCon Guest Sponsorship Program

We have had many questions in the past concerning guest that people have wanted to see.

Why don't you bring in media guests?

SheVaCon has in the past had a few media guests, and it's not that we are adverced to the idea but do keep in mind many media guest charge an appearance fee. To keep our cost low and not have to charge high membership rates our BI-laws state that we cannot pay for appearance fees.

This is where you,your business,fan group would come into the picture. If there is a guest you have been dying to meet and that guest agrees to make an appearance you can pay for the appearance fee* for that guest to come to SheVaCon. Possible arrangements can be made with the guest's OK to make an appearance at your place of business or Possibly have dinner(at your expense) with the guest at the Hotel as long as it is OK with the guest.

*What would be included in that appearance fee.

The fee that the guest charges to appear at the convention, travel, hotel room(at the convention site), food expenses for the weekend of SheVaCon.

You will need to contact SheVaCon with the name of the guest to give us time to contact the guest to see if he/she is available for that convention year. Please understand once at SheVacon that guest will be scheduled for programing and workshops during the weekend and becomes part of SheVaCon's guest line up.

There is an Art/Writer Guest I would love to see but they live overseas would you invite them?
