Active Members of the United States Military/EMT/Firefighters/Police and Teachers receive a $5.00 discount from the "At the door rate" with ID at the registration table. Not applicable with any other discounted membership offer.

When paying by paypal you must bring your printed receipt with you at registration along with your ID. Not doing so will result in delays registering for the convention. No badges will be issued without receipt and ID.

If you are registering you and another person you must include the full legal name of you and the other person on the registration form or in the comment box in the paypal check out page. The registration desk will be unable to issue memberships to people NOT on the list or not armed with ID.

Groups must register their list of names (full legal name) before Dec 31,2008. When picking their badges up they must let registration know what group they are with and must have proof of ID.

If you wish your nick name to be used please include when registering. But you must also register with your full legal name so your ID matches when picking up your membership badge.

*LOST BADGES* No badge will be reissued if lost! You will need to pay for a new badge.

No childcare is provided, so please be aware of the location of your children at all times. Please note that children should not be roaming the hotel by themselves for their own safety. Roanoke does have a curfew for anyone 17 and younger have to be in by 11pm. Please be aware of your children.

If your are registering with a Gold Membership please choose from the colors listed below. Please include a 1st choice and 2nd choice. If no 2nd choice is made and your 1st choice is unavailable in the size you ordered, the color Natural will be substituted. All Gold Memberships and T-shirt orders must be posted marked by 12/15/08. Any T-shirt order received after the cut off date will be in the Natural color, while size quantity lasts. Please Note: Please keep your receipt on your membership and T-shirt, your confirmation email is your receipt. If we do not have you listed and you do not have your original SheVaCon membership receipt we can not issue you a T-shirt OR a refund.
