Dealer/Exhibitor Room Info
This is the place to bring those wallets and make some really great finds. There's always a great selection of Books, Games, T-shirts, Leather-goods, Jewelry, Swords, and so much more from our wonderful Dealer's and Exhibitors. So if you're a die-hard collector of a specific line of merchandise, or just the casual shopper... there's sure to be something there for everyone!

Requesting Space - For the past few years, we have been running at full capacity, and we don't expect that to change any time soon. Although this year we do have a larger space available for the Dealers and are excited about welcoming returning dealers, as well as new dealers.
So, to help make things go a little smoother for everyone, both the dealers and Shevacon staff, we are implementing a few updates for requesting space in the Dealer's Room...

You must fill out the online Dealer's application. This lets us know of your interest to be a dealer or exhibitor for the convention. After the form is submitted, you will be contacted by the Dealer's Room Director with further instructions if you are selected. Please note: We have a very long list of Dealers that submit every year, and although the space this year is larger - there are still space limitations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

One you have received the confirmation email from the Dealer's Director that you are one of the 2011 Dealers/Exhibitors, the payment for your tables must be made. Methods of payment will be included in the email; or if you perfer to mail a check, the process for that will also be included in the email.

Once the Dealer's application is approved, and your payment has been received, your name, or your company/business name will be added to the confirmed Dealer's list on the Guest page.
Dealer Room Setup Times - The setup times will be posted here as the convention gets closer.

Dealer Spaces are $80.00 per space
- Spaces are six feet by six feet. (6'x6')
- Spaces can include one (1) six foot (6') table, and two (2) chairs - upon request
- One Dealer's badge per space is complimentary
- Additional badges may be purchased for $25 .00 each (Maximum, 2 badges per space)
- Dealer space/table locations are not guaranteed
