*Your group must meet the following requirements to qualify:
• Group must have a minimum of ten (10) Memberships.
• Groups must register their list of names (full legal name) before Dec 31,2009. When picking their badges up they must let registration know what group they are with and must have proof of ID.
• Group must pay for a membership badge for each attending member. There is no sharing of membership badges allowed. Any group caught sharing membership badges may be subject to all of group memberships being revoked.
• Group rate must be paid in full by 12/31/09. Group Rate Gold Membership must be post marked and paid in full by 12/14/09.

Non-Membership Day Rates
If you do not wish to purchase a membership for all three (3) days of the convention, we do offer day rates if you're only planning to attend for one day. Those rates are as follows:
Friday - $25.00
Saturday - $30.00
Sunday - $20.00
 
 
 
Picking Up Badges
All badges will be held at the Registration Table located in the lobby of the hotel just to the left of the hotel front desk. Please have your ID ready to show for badge pick-up.
If you have any questions regarding your badge, or membership - please email the Registration Director.
 
 
 
Refund/Transfer Policy
• Refunds
No refunds will be given after January 1st, 2010 for pre-registration. No refunds will be given for memberships or day passes purchased 'at the door' of the con.
• Transfers
Memberships are non-transferable. If any person is caught sharing memberships, they will be ejected from the convention. No exceptions.
• Lost Badges
No badges will be reissued if lost. You will need to purchase a new badge.
 
 
 
Membership Policies
• When paying by paypal you must bring your printed receipt with you at registration along with your ID. Not doing so will result in delays registering for the convention. No badges will be issued without receipt and ID.
• If you are registering you and another person you must include the full legal name of you and the other person on the registration form or in the comment box in the paypal check out page. The registration desk will be unable to issue memberships to people who are NOT on the list, or who do not have ID. If you wish for your nick name to be used please include when registering. But you must also register with your full legal name so your ID matches when picking up your membership badge.
• Again, we would like to stress that memberships are non-transferable. If any person is caught sharing memberships, they will be ejected from the convention. No exceptions.
• Active Members of the United States Military/EMT/Firefighters/Police and Teachers receive a $5.00 discount from the Membership Rate with proper ID at the registration table. Not applicable with any other discounted membership offer.
